FIRST TIME HOME BUYER PROGRAM
West-Aircomm is partnering with the Housing Opportunities of Beaver County to offer a full range of mortgage services through the Beaver County First Time Homebuyer Program*. This program offers first time home buyers the following services:
- Guide you in saving for a down payment and budgeting.
- Offers grants for down payments and closing costs.
- Connects you with all available resources for the first time home buyer including government grants.
- Consumer must have 1% down of their own funds.
- Can not have more than $5,000 in liquid assets.
- Must buy a pre-existing home.
- Townhouses and condominiums qualify.
- Offered to households with median income up to 100% of median household income in Beaver County. (see below)
